VENDOR COSTS:
· FREE: No cost for TheNetWorks members or for those who are donating product/materials
· $25: $25 in advance for space OR fundraise at table and donate a minimum of $25 day of event for independent reps, craftspeople, micro/small businesses
· $100: $100 in advance for all others
INFO:
· This is an outdoor event. Bring sunscreen, bug repellant, etc.
· Vendors supply tables, chairs, tents, and any other needed equipment.
· There is no electricity on site!
· Bathrooms are available.
· Please pack lunch/snacks. There is no food being offered at this time.
· Vendors responsible for cleanup/recycling. No confetti allowed. Please be green!
TO SECURE A SPACE:
· Please advise us of the following via email:
o Business name, contact name, contact information, type of product/service, link to website or social, logo, COI (if applicable), and how you will be paying.
o FDR State Park requires insurance for vendors who will be selling. Please supply a COI with the following information:
§ Commercial General Liability Insurance with a limit of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for each occurrence and General Aggregate in the amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000). The wording under “certificate holder” should read: OPRHP 625 BROADWAY ALBANY NY 12226. The “Additional Insured” box should read: THE STATE OF NY, STATE PARKS AND THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE INCLUDED AS ADDITIONAL INSURED
o Payment can be made via paypal (csanchez@thenetworks.org), via Zelle (csanchez@thenetworks.org), or Venmo, or via check payable to TheNetWorks Organization, LLC. Contact us for details.
o Securing a space indicates acceptance of terms listed above.

Lupus is an autoimmune disease that can affect any organ in the body. The effects of lupus as well as medications frequently leads to many symptoms such as:

· The symbol for lupus is a butterfly, and the color is purple, so any way that can be incorporated will interest lupus warriors!
· Anyone with an autoimmune disease cannot have any immune boosters such as elderberry or garlic.
