Colin D. Smith is an experienced attorney and veteran of the New York Courts with over 18 years experience representing clients in both Civil and Criminal matters. Colin possesses the requisite skill and experience to provide clients with trustworthy and competent representation.
From 2003-2005, Colin worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. From 2005-2015, he worked for several litigation firms throughout the Hudson Valley where he gained valuable experience in the areas of Criminal Defense, Family/ Matrimonial Law, Contract Law and Commercial Law, Insurance Defense and Commercial Liability Law, Bankruptcy Law and Landlord/ Tenant Law. Since 2015, he has practiced as a solo attorney in Westchester and the surrounding areas.
​Colin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Cedarville University in Cedarville, OH (Class of 1996) and a Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, NY (Class of 2003).
