About Me/Bio
Hi! I am Tarsha Gibbons, the founder of Gibbons Family Fitness, a certified MWBE Health and Wellness Company. I am a wife, mom, entrepreneur, health and wellness expert, personal trainer, holistic nutritionist, health and wellness coach and image consultant.
My professional experience includes a 12-year career in law enforcement. I then entered the field of fashion and cosmetology as an Image Consultant with a certification in Color Analysis and a Mary Kay consultant with a team of 11 women. As a natural progression to helping people look and feel their best with image and style, for the last 10 years I have been teaching physical fitness, nutrition education, and group wellness coaching as a certified personal trainer and health and wellness expert.
This is how Gibbons Family Fitness was developed and founded. It is a way for my team and I to help people show up as their best self physically which leads to success in other areas. When you’re healthy everything else seems manageable, doable, and possible.
Gibbons Family Fitness has been touching so many lives it still amazes me. Our team has helped create health and wellness programs for individuals, families, community outreach organizations, schools, faith-based organizations, government agencies and corporations. The goal is to educate participants about adopting a healthy lifestyle and learning how to maintain it.
I am passionate about being the best version of myself and a blessing to others. My goal is to connect with people to share my expertise, experience and encouragement.
