About Me/Bio
I am an experienced leader with 15 years of practice in the areas of DEI training and development, community organizing, youth education and workforce development. I have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing programming that provides enrichment and opportunities for employment and post-secondary education. As both a manager and counselor, I have had significant success reaching youth of all age ranges from elementary to young adult. My experience promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in my community has fueled my commitment to public service and the improvement of outcomes for underprivileged and under-represented communities.
