As a highly experienced and knowledgeable Non-Profit Senior Executive Leader, I am skilled in organizational administration, including the managing the employees, policies, procedures, and managing a multi-million-dollar budget. My career has also provided me the opportunity to create data-driven reports and risk management tools to improve the quality of services, initiate a case management program, community-based services, and a daycare center for individuals with intellectual disabilities increasing enrollment from 0 to 80% within six months, and design & create a communications and diversity training series for 50 plus supervisors, which resulted in a positive team working environment and improved quality programming.
